It may be that you’re just looking to make a few small positive changes, or that you want to completely revamp your life and kick start your fitness journey. Regardless of your ambition, I will make sure that you reach your destination and achieve your goals. I pride myself on making every one of my training sessions to be a highly enjoyable yet challenging experience, ensuring that my clients are always fully satisfied. I value my clients and their progress, so I never work with an ‘out of sight out of mind’ attitude. I will always offer continual support outside of your training sessions as well as during them, so that my clients can reach me as and when they need to.

Prior to your first session, you will have a free consultation which will simply involve getting to know you and discussing your personal goals in detail, so that I can design a tailored workout that will benefit you individually. After your first session, if you wish to continue or if you purchase a block of sessions, then we will discuss your goals in greater depth and I will design you an effective program to achieve these over the course of your block sessions.

I am a personal trainer at the centrally located TRAIN Fitness Club, just a short 5-minute walk from both Southwark and Borough tube stations (you can follow the link to their website to take a look at their training facilities). I am also available for outdoor and private home training, as well as buddy up and group training.

    I’m experienced in running talks and large scale fitness events, so if you’re a business or individual requiring one-off or regular fitness, wellbeing or nutritional services for large group events, employees or individuals, then please email me at with your enquiry (rates will vary).


  • NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION – £50 (Secondary follow up review if necessary = £30)

A one-to-one nutrition consultation (lasting roughly 60 minutes) including fully bespoke unique recommendations and personalised macronutrient calorie targets, tailored to you individually to support your goals and needs.


This is not a full daily/weekly calculated meal plan. After the consultation, you will receive a detailed report summarising the session (within 2-3 working days) including your personalised macronutrient targets, catered to your body and individual goals, nutritional advice and guidelines based around the targets we set together, any necessary supplement or pre/post workout nutrition advice and any further important tips and guidance. You will also receive our Team Lean UK Foodspiration Recipe Support Pack, containing over 100 of my own personal healthy recipes including breakfast, lunch, dinner, bulk cooking recipes, snacks, healthy sauces, dips, dressings and 25 high protein sweet tooth satisfying treats!
