We accept payments via PayPal only. The transactions are secure and your safety and security is our #1 priority.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments, and have the option to make payment without creating a PayPal account, using a credit or debit card.
The checkout process on Team Lean is quick and easy, and only require’s your name and email address for billing details. As we do not ship any physical product, we will not require an address at any time during the payment process, unless you pay direct with credit/debit card through PayPal, in which case PayPal will require you to enter your billing address.
Once you have made payment for any of the guides found on Team Lean, the payment should first be cleared by PayPal, and the item(s) will automatically be stored to your account. If your item(s) have not been stored to your account section for any reason after the clearing of payment, please let us know using the Contact Form and quote us your order number.
Currently, you are only able to download and purchase our products from within the United Kingdom. This is something we will look to expand into worldwide sales, and once we do, you will be informed from both this page, and via email if you are a registered user to our site.
When you go to the Checkout page of our site, and you are in a non-UK based country, you will not see the option to purchase the item for your country. The checkout page is using geolocation to pick your country, based on your IP – and will show you that United Kingdom is presently the only option to make purchases.
Should you make a purchase from outside of the UK, and use a UK IP and Setting to make a purchase, you will be held accountable for mis-conduct and your account may be terminated from this site.
Refunds / Returns
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we have a ‘no refund or exchange policy‘ with all of the digital products found on Team Lean, as they cannot physically be returned and/or exchanged.
In the event that an incorrect digital guide or document has been sent to you in error, please contact us and we will be happy to exchange, or consider a refund.
All digital guide sales are considered final at checkout with no option for return, exchange or refund.
