Team Lean UK are a group of health enthusiasts that have years of experience, keeping at the forefront of current science to bring you the most effective training and nutrition programmes, empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

They are advocates of creating a healthy, balanced and most importantly a sustainable relationship with food, not drastically cutting calories, over exercising or being too restrictive following unsatisfying militant style diets. They strongly believe the importance in not cutting any particular food groups or classing any food groups as particularly ‘good’ or ‘bad’, but educating those to be aware of the reaction and impact that that food will have on your body.

They strongly support the theory that if we keep our bodies satisfied through our diets, making our what we put on our plates taste delicious and incorporating the foods you truly enjoy in a healthy way, we are more likely to stick to it for good, as that is the key to maintaining it for life! They don’t believe in using the word ‘diet’ as that has many negative associations and gives the impression that it’s a short-term thing. This isn’t a diet or a quick fix, it’s a healthy lifestyle change that you should make enjoyable for your own sanities!

Following their own Ethos in their own day-to-day lives, they want to share their knowledge to help and inspire others. Team Lean believe that the only way to truly change your body for life, continuously developing strength and being healthy from the inside-out, is by achieving your goals the healthy and sustainable way, so that you haven’t just shifted a few pounds for a month or to, but so that you transform your bodies for good! There is no quick short-term fix when it comes to being healthy and in shape. No juice diet or ridiculously calorie restrictive regime will help you maintain the body you desire in the long run. Through insightful knowledge, efficient training, healthy eating, determination, hard work and consistency, they believe that anyone can achieve their goals, no matter what your starting point is – everyone starts somewhere!

TLUK has helped hundreds of people who have struggled with typical “diets” and poor exercise strategies wrongly prescribed to them. TLUK understand every one is different and will always work with the individual to adapt programmes to ensure their goals are met! There are no one-size-fits-all plans here, all of your plans come with macros tailored to your personally, so that you set off onto your new found fitness journey on the right foot!
